Step 2: Email the completed form, a copy of your ID, and most recent paystub to Kennmgr@storageland.org

Step 3: Wait to hear back from us!

Please ensure that you fill out the following application to the best of your ability and do not leave anything blank. If something does not apply to you please write "N/A." We will follow up with you as soon as possible.
