Qualifications
Please read through qualifications carefully.
1. Must have a clean record and no criminal history.
2. Credit score of 650 or higher.
3. $300 deposit the first month. (Refunded after your stay)
4. Your income must be 3x more than the rent due each month. If your rent is $425/month then you must make at least $1,275/month.
5. Each adult applicant will be charged a $50 application fee.
6. 1 pet allowed, with $20 monthly pet fee.
APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 2: Pay for $50 background check over the phone
Step 3: Email the completed form, a copy of your ID, proof of income and most recent paystub to Kennmgr@storageland.org
